Irydn LLC (“Company,” “Irydn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates irydn.com and provides chauffeured black car service, private wine tours, and airport transportation across Northern California — Sonoma County, the Napa Valley, Marin County, San Francisco, and the Sacramento region — from bases in Petaluma, Yountville, and Sacramento. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card details on our servers at any time. All sensitive payment information is handled directly by the payment processor.
10. SMS Privacy Statement & Email Communications:
By providing your phone number and email during booking, you agree to receive service-related communications (confirmations, updates, driver arrival notifications, billing). Marketing messages are only sent with your opt-in consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to SMS, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us directly.
Message and data rates may apply. SMS frequency varies based on your bookings.
Our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.

11. Data Sharing
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Irydn Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
